Goomeri flood 6.12.1980

Government to aid flood victims, January 7 1981.

Roslyn D'Arcy I remember the floods very well in 1980. One thing I do remember is a tank coming down Nangur Creek and ending up in the paddock near the Nangur Creek bridge on Goomeri West Road. We lost so much fencing and it took a lot of hard work to replace it all.
