David and Lottie McIntosh standing outside their THOLOTHIN tea room. Lottie Sweetnam McIntosh (Gilbert) with her husband David Gibb McIntosh owned the tea rooms. Lottie’s parents: Robert and Euphemia Gilbert (Eaton) owned Tholothin Station near Boompa, thus the name. The tea rooms were open during WWII during the forties.
